I've discovered a solvent called "Bestine" that's available in most art supply stores. Its primary use is as a rubber cement thinner, but it works better as an adhesive remover than anything else I've tried. It also doesn't leave any oily residue afterward like "Goo Gone" or some of the other removers I've tried...
