I used Red Devil acrylic latex enamel paint. I sanded down to the epoxy, painted and then put 4 layers of Captains over it. We have a book on NW Indian art design and it has pages of eyes, tongues, feathers etc. so we just built it from that.....kinda like Mr. patato head art....
