Bob, I haven't built a 16 from plans but when the panels from the kits are stitched up correctly the keel line should have little rocker for the middle section with some rocker at the ends. Consequently the keel line doesn't look exactly fair as flat panels before stitching. Why don't you call CLC with your question?
