Hi everyone,

Last year I built a Ches. 17 and learned to paddle! Awesome. Anyway, I had a bunch of scratches on the paint and had to do some glass reinforcing at the bow where I took short cuts in the original building. Anyway, I sanded out the scratches and still have some areas with paint on. Can I repaint the hull without removing all of the paint? The hull is smooth, but not entirely free of paint.
