Well, last night, I made my bow hatch lip. I used clear packing tape.

I thought I had made quite a mess. Seemed like bits of epoxy everywhere. I wondered how I would get the hatch off the hull if it was welded in place by my sloppy epoxy job.

I got up this morning and it looked great. (Funny how a nights sleep helps in the process.) The tape came off the lip, hatch and hull with no problems. All the mess just peeled away. Trimmed it up and reinstalled the lip.
