In Response To: Oregon Legislation (Brian Wegener)

I hate paying fees just like anyone else... but I really howl when they threaten to curtail service or close parks due to lack of funds. We had a major Park closure scare in Washington State last year. It turned out okay but it is a pretty bad situation when it comes to that.
