What I think it means, is that he sells a lot of books. His book has plans in it for the Guillemot, the Great Awk, and the Guillemot Double. A lot of people build the Guillemot from the plans in the book, and don't specifically buy the plans from Nick. I've bought the book, but haven't built any of the kayaks in it. I did build the footbaces, to install in another kayak, and have used other misc. tips.
