If I'm given great tools to work with, I don't mind paying. I just want a permanent site. Well, as permanent as a mediam such as the web will allow. I've recently signed up with a new ISP so I'll check them out. My brother has also started setting up a site. So between everyones suggestions I should be able to work up something.
