: I used a mixture of wood flour and durhams wood filler to fill some gaps. The
: more wood flour the darker the color. The color of the straight durhams is
: cream. I almost matched my chocholate colored western red cedar.

: Just glassed the boat the other day. worked fine and the epoxy darkened the
: wood flour part of the mixture quite nicely. it sanded well too before
: glass and epoxy causing no wood discoloration that oilbased fillers do
: (durhams is water based and really cheap costing for a big can).
