Has anyone one this board used foam cores before. I am especially interested in heat/vacuum forming. I was reading Ray Jardine's website on building a kevlar canoe, but made no mention of how the PVC foam (Airex) was heated and brought to its "plastic" state. I have posted strip building questions here before and this seems to be a pretty diverse BB. Thought it may ring a bell with something you have seen.
