: Steve, Looking at the pictures, it appears that you have sanded through the epoxy into the weave of the cloth. If it was a delamination it would be a dull white spot underneth the glass. I had some on my kayak, but they vanished when I applied the next coat of epoxy. The cloth may have floated in the places where you sanded through. According to what brand of epoxy you used, you may not have enough coats on it. If you have in fact sanded away the glass in spots then you should apply more cloth and build it back up. If the white spots are where you have double layers of cloth, you will probably be ok without the extra cloth.
