I whole heartedly second that one Don! Im an Okie too...felt like a circus dog jumping through hoops when I went to register my canoe....rediculous for something that won't ever have a motor ('cept maybe a sail) and is environmentally friendly. What's worse is that it costs me another $25/year to paddle on our Metro are reservoirs.
