There are a few positive pressure full face masks available. They take air from behind your back, filter it and gently force it into a full face mask. All the air that leaks, leaks out past your face/beard and is already filtered.

I've seen a few that take standard filter cartriges so the air you breathe is cleaned as though you were wearing a respirator. The main problem is (of course) cost, and the fact that the respirator cartriges don't last as long. Because the fan motor is "breathing in" the whole time it is on, the cartriges wear out roughly twice as fast as if you were just wearing a regular respirator.
