I ordered mine from www.jamestowndistributors.com , size 10-24 FSSTN102. I ordered over the internet and it took 3 days for them to get to me in Canada. No ocean to cross but still a different country. I can't see it taking 2 weeks to get to you unless they ship by rowboat, with a one armed rower at that.
