In Response To: mold release for polyurethane? (Hank)
My experience with the spray foams is that they continue to expand for several hours after application. I suggest you get some two-part foam from a marine supplier. It sets up quicker (a few minutes) and maintains it's shape after that. It's more expensive, but it should work better.
