Sage--You mentioned that you are using a pump system, and I've found that sometimes pump dispensers (regardless of brand) dispense an improper ratio of resin-to-hardner. I would reccomend doing a test batch--measuring by volume or weight--and then check the results. Hope this helps. Hochrek
