John,
I've used MAS and had no trouble with application and would recommend it from that standpoint. I haven't owned it long so I don't know about longevity though. However, the guy with One Ocean Kayaks is doing a test and has been posting his results on his web page. check it out for a real indepth description of the pros and cons of the different systems.
