I finally got off my butt and scanned some pics of my baidarka so I could show you folks that I am really building a kayak and not just reading the board. I tried to import one into my profile and I got a message that says the file is too large. How do I reduce the number of KB on a scanned pic. I know I read it here in the past, but at the time I wasn't ready to post a picture and I can't seem to locate the info in the archives.
