John, it would help to define your criteria for "best" then the question could be answered accurately. After the designated periods for full cure the epoxies do what they're designed to do. Just make sure you are comparing epoxies of similar cure rate so as not to compare apples with apple-pears. As mentioned check out One Oceans website for an excellent small test review.
