Just use flexible hose from the inlet channel to the inlet of the pump. Similar for the outlet. Say if you had the inlet along the keel, and outlet at the peak of the deck, the inlet and outlet on the pump should be at the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock positions, with a curved length of hose that would give you some flexibility. It would look something like an "S" with the pump in the middle of the S.

Mount the pump to a rigid crossbar between the foot pegs--just make sure there's no entrapment hazard.
