Looking for stitch and glue, sea kayak plans

Hi,
I just ordered "The Kayak Shop" as I understand it contains sea kayak plans.
I'm planning on retiring to some island paradise eventually. I'd like to learn how to build S&G type kayaks and perhaps eventually strip kayaks.
At this point I'd like to check out some plans for S&G type sea kayaks.
Any help greatfully appreciated.
