While I haven't got that far with my boat yet a quart is supposed to be enough.
For some sound suggestions on application check previous posting by Rob Macks.

Good luck,

Ken

: I've got a few questions about varnishing my Coho - sorry, I'm being lazy
: here, I didn't search through the BBS archives.

: I need to sand my Coho, to remove some glass blotches - should I lightly
: rough up the entire hull?

: How much varnish will I need (17"6' length) - 1 quart? 1 gallon?

: And basic tips and suggestions for varnishing? Brush types, brush strokes,
: etc?

: I'm not looking for a very high-gloss finish, just something that keeps my
: boat looking nice, and provides some UV protection.

: TIA
: Ed
