Well, PT isn't really on the way, but it is worth making the detour!!

You can catch the PT-Keystone ferry, then drive up to Anacortes to hit the Friday Harbor ferry. I think there might be a passenger-only PT-San Juan ferry
somewhere on the tip of the Peninsula?
