When I was in college we got some publications from the American Plywood Association that had the structural properties for building products made from plywood. You can check the Publications page at their site to see if it contains the info you care about Site HTTP://www.APAWOOD.org

Another source I found on Okoume plywood is at http://www.WORLDPANEL.com/bs1088.htm

The best source for specifications for plywood will be the manufacturer. There are often military specifications that aircraft plywoods must meet. Your local university that has a College of Engineering will probably have the appropriate specs in their library.
