I am at the point of drilling holes for deck rigging and was wondering how to seal the holes when I put in the screws. Do I put a dab of epoxy in the hole prior to putting the screw in? I amm also looking for suggestions to mount Yakima adjustable foot braces. I have mounted 5/8" support blocks in the boat and plan to screw into those. Is that enough or should I also epoxy them in place? If so will the epoxy stick to the coated aluminum?
