from my limited experience I would....

strip
strip
sand
sand
separate
glass outside
glass outside
sand inside
sand inside
glass inside
glass inside

I actually glassed the hull before separating. I found that glassing the separated deck easier then glassing the 'not yet separated' hull and the deck came out better. This is my first boat, so maybe I got better by the time I got the the deck.
