The artwork was done by my wife, Alice. Another posting has her comments about
the project. All the creatures are aquatic, so the "eagle" is actually a
cormorant. The picks were based on browsing through various books on NW Indian
art, me picking out what I liked, and Alice figuring out what would work in the
available space.
