I would suggest that it is not too difficult to make your own from some minicell or other close cell foam available at most kayak shops. You can shape them to fit you with a serated blade knife and high grit sandpaper. Whether you buy something pre-made or make it yourself you will probably want to experiment with the positioning of the pads. What I did was cover the underside of the deck where knees and thighs contact the boat with velcro (soft side) and the knee pads with the other (hooks) side so I could move them around, paddle, move them again, paddle etc. This also allows others to use my boat with the proper fit for them.

outfitting a boat is a very individual thing and the only way to know what will work for you is trial and error.
