Normally, the inside seams are done first. Once cured to at least green, then the outside seams are taped. I suppose you could do it the other way around, but using packing/strapping tape on the outside you can pull the seams tight and get the outside surfaces aligned easier.

: allowed to cure before doing the inside seam and the end pour? or is dry
