Once you have your keel strip attached to the bow and stern ends you can fine tune the alignment of the forms again, using the keel strp itself as a straight guide for left-to-right alignment. There are so few forms in a Walrus that the job should be rather quick. A small shim here or there should take care of things.
Attaching the stringers to each side is going to be a short afternoon task. Not much danger of warpage during this time. Once those are on and you have some bracing (or trestling as Putz calls it), your concern is not for the forms or the strongback. You have a frame for a hull. Worry about that warping, instead.
Even here you don't have much to worry about, as the bracing should keep things aligned. Paint the frame with varnish, linseed oil, or epoxy resin if you wish and go on to making floors and canvasing.
