PU Paint for a wood Sprint K1 - STRUER

HI-

I paddle a STRUER CLEAVER-X K1 sprint boat which needs to be re-finish/painted.
I am not able to find the original Norvegian PU paint in the US. What could I use that is available in the US. The current finish is clear, semi-gloss, very thin silky to the touch.
