P.S. Lisa, the foot doesnt seem to be much better but the bad thing is that when I got home,the Doc removed the cast and said I probably could have removed it earlier.Apparently theres not much you can do with a broke toe.theres no way to hold it still and the cast was just to attempt to restrain it a little to start healing.by the way my wife really wanted to paddle your boat but said she didnt want me to feel left out.
