: You can see the 1 3/4" x 4" glass with tape on the ends on wax
: paper in the background. I turn the boat upside down in the sling and sit
: on the floor to epoxy the glass strips under the deck and let the epoxy
: set for three hours to make sure the glass is flat to the inside deck and
: to see what I am doing, then turn the boat over and glass the rest of the
: coaming. You can see the ridges I am going to have to sand out before I
: add the last two or three bias cut strips.

Me again. I think this can work but not using all of these strips as I did. I had to many voids then I tried to sand, so I ripped the fiberglass coaming off. That was a job. I will have to forget the coaming until I get back from my trip. I like the idea of wiping with epoxy filled with glass fibers as mentioned. I will play around with that and see if I can do it I think I will try to wipe directly to the coaming. It will be fun to try.
