If there is anyone out there who is close enough to tap Chris on the shoulder, kindly mention to him that there is still a demand for these plans. This has to be the second request I've seen here in the past month.

Even if he has designed better boats, there will be people who need plans for repairing old boats, and some may want them for historical purposes.

Whatever their reasons, they are a willing market that would like to throw money at him. If he doesn't want the money, perhaps he can donate the plans and reproduction rights to some museum. The tax write off on such a donation could be impressive.
