Post curing your boat may help. I have wrapped one boat in black plastic and cooked it in the sun for a while before the final sanding. I sent the boat to a customer so I don't know if it worked, but that was my idea.
I think in the long run resin and glass have different expansion/contraction rates and time will eventually cause some weave pattern to appear regardless of what you do.
