: Sounds like you're considering varnishing the inside prior to joining the
: hull and deck? I suppose you could do that, but you'll end-up having to
: sand some off to do the inside seam and add bulkheads (assuming you use
: the wooden kind). To me, this sounds like too much work, and I'd suggest
: varnishing after the halves are joined. In which case, there's not a big
: rush to varnish the interior. You could do it at your leisure after you've

Guys,
I'm considering this also as in my latest boat I am getting gas-out bubbles in the third fill coat, bubbles pop, resulting in a hole.
