Check out Atlantic Kayak Tours at the link below. I started out 5 years ago renting boats from them for day trips and instructional classes. I don't think you'll find higher quality instruction regardless of the skill level you are at. Their commitment to safe, responsible paddling puts most other tour companies to shame.
