Thanks Rick, Actually Dave Hazens book is what gave me the bug back in 84 when I built my first stripper. ( For lack of tools and $, I cut the strips myself from saw mill slabs using a hand held skill saw!) Man what a labor of love. Still paddle and recieve compliments on that canoe 17 years latter! Your right, great book (and a nic guy.)w lots of good insite. I'll check out the plans again. Probobly won't make the rondevous ( when was it again?)as "me" time is short these days ( I do live in SE MA though so you never know.)
