Bob,
Well you have done nine tenths of the job already. First you use all those magic words to get the blood out. You know the ones yer mom taught you not to use.
After you have so blessed the situation the weather and the Gods you are ready to resume work.
Here is the gig. Its not necessarily a disaster yet... First question how long did it cure before raining? If it got even a little time to bond, soak in and tack up its likely that the resin or epoxy repelled the water and the wood didn't get wet and thus your fine. What will happen is the cure will stop becuase it gets cold. But it will resume after a bit. What will ussually result in such situations is that a good bit of amine blush will show on this area. So let it cure for a day or two in the warm sun shine.... If you have any out there in Oly ville Then treat the blush with amonia in water. If this succeeds take a walk down to the canal scare your neighbors by dancing crazed dances and swear out large thanks givings to all the Gods of boat building. Do dances of joy and then throw yourself prostate on the gravel and swear on a bottle of anchor ale to build a thy self a work shop.
Now the other option is the wet stuff cometh down immediatly and displaced epoxy or resin and soaked through under the glass fabric. Then you have a bigger problem. Go out into your yard. Shaketh thy hand at the sky curseth the Gods and the day you were born. Claim misery and pestulance. Scare thy neighbors unto calling the officials. Seriously, hang in there do the same thing as before. Let it cure up use a nexacto blade to lift and cut the bubbbled fabric. Sand whats left to dry wood. And re do it. Its a hassle, but will go faster then ya might think.
Part of living in a temperate rain forest is getting wet I guess, so keep a good command of those magic blessings. ME I have to save them for winter. PArt of being the choosen frozen.
Goood luck let us know how it works out
