My forms aren't quite that bad. What I meant to say is that if I lay a form on a piece of paper, trace around it and mark centerlines, then flip the form over and trace again I might have as much as 1/8 discrepancy, not an 1/8 on one side.
I build custom furniture so I have sanders, planes, saws, and the like. I just don't have that Ridgid spindle/belt sander that costs 220.00 and I need to save the money for lumber, epoxy, glass etc.
