Wool or Cotton ?

Hi folks,

I have gotten some Meguiars 1, 2 and 9 and intend buffing my G17. I have wool and cotton bonnets for my rotary buffer. I intend using different bonnets for the different grades.

Which is best to use to apply the Meguiars, the wool or the cotton ?
