Talked with folks at Pygmy this afternoon. The new recessed deck on the Tern 17' is the only change on the boat. They have not lowered the volume or height of the rear deck, just recessed the coaming. Freeboard, etc. remains the same. They may, at some point, incorporate the recessed coaming on the Coho, too. From a building perspective, the deck is now a 7 panel assembly instead of a 4 panel assembly.
