The biggest thing you can do is stir your mixes slower less vigerously but for a little longer. That keeps bubbles down before you apply

Second after application squeegee it and roll (cut down paint roller) the wetted out area. If its bubbles under the fabric that is a problem the squeegee will take care of a lot of it.

When you apply, Bump the temperaturre up in your shop as you apply and then drop the temp in your shop as it cures. It will cures slower but the bubbles will be less. Thermal expansion is a big factor in bubbles. Also if you build out side don't apply on nights that get get a good dew. The condinsation on fresh epoxy will sometimes creat bbuble spots on hte out side of the fabric.

Finally if its in early coats don't worry about it so much. Most will sand out.

Last but not least pull out your Don Ho albums and lsiten to his rendition of Tiny bubbles in the sea. It will remind you that a few bbubles won't affect the fact that the final desire to launch a boat that is light strong and sea worthy.
