W@hat I did to cut tape was use a pair of scissors, when they stopped cutting smoothly I cut a couple of strips of 300 grit wet/dry paper and keep on going till they dull again. I wet out the area to put the tape and then lay it in and wet it out in the dry areas when it has cured for a bit and I can just barely get an edge to lift with a utility knife I cut off the seam and stick it back down with a gloved finger. By the way one side of the tape the edge will unravel if you pull on the right thread. Can't figure out why I cant make the other side of the tape unravell.
