I'm also in Winnipeg and am putting the finishing touches on a stitch and glue Shearwater Baidarka, my paddling partner is finishing a Chespeak 17LT. We got our 4mm okoume from Windsor Plywood $62.00/sheet, talk to Tod Duncan, at the Pembina Hwy store or Ed (sorry no last name) at the Century St. Store, we bought from both. I think for the next boats a trip to Grand Forks, N.D. might save a few bucks.
