another mistake

: fittings are for 3/4 inch tubing and so 2 lenghts of about 2in long x
: 3/4in tubing is glued inside the end of each T. then the 14in long top bar
: will slide inside that. and you have a reinforce connectin also.

duh duh duh, the top bars have(well dont really have to - but to clip in one pc) to be less than 1/2 the 24 in axle width. I was thinking of other possibilities as i wrote the first. So say choose 11 1/2 inches.
