If you build it in the basement, don't forget to wall off the area with some plastic. Then make a board to fit in that window, cut a hole in the board and install one of those small office fans in it. That's what I did and it has plenty of power to make negative pressure in the room to keep the sanding dust and epoxy fumes out of the rest of the house. I actually open the plastic up a bit to get the air to flow outside.
