Seattle Fabrics has a free pattern for a neoprene sprayskirt with a neoprene tunnel. Their construction method would probably not allow for a non-neoprene deck though - you will see what I mean when you see the pattern. Ask at the desk and they will find one for you. I haven't made one yet, but plan to.
