hi john!
you've probably thought of this, but buy a cheap take down paddle for a spare.
also, if you need a place to crash on the way back (or way up for that matter)feel free to stop here...south bend. my best estimate would be about three and half hours away from the monroe ponderosa. take care and have fun on your trip.
