Outgassing/ Large Bubbles/Cured Epoxy

I glassed yesturday and applied two layers of epoxy. I did not apply epoxy sealer coat and now I have a problem with large (inch long) protruding bubbles that seem to be under the fiberglass. My epoxy been setting now for 18 hours.
I will be painting the hull so optics are not a problem. I used spruce for the hull.
